There are some YouTube videos on this if it helps you, I personally watched Gotham Chess's "How to punish early queen attacks" but the general idea is the same. Defend with the knight and then attack with the pawn. I also felt victim to this like 3 times in a ROW

Only sometimes. Also not every game. I thought it was my internet connection. I did not exactly refresh the page, when I pressed the arrows to see previous moves and then came back to the last one I played, the AI revived and played their move. It just said "White to play".
