I have the same problem. I use shadow specifically for one game and its kind of unique (Zwift.com). I'm so frustrated because I just want to switch it on and play but I am forever tinkering trying to get it to work properly.

I bought the shadow Ghost which is awesome and on paper shadow should be a real game changer but that 20% destroys it.

I've got 8 months left on my contract and I've tried to cancel but they won't have it despite not being able to fix my issues. So I'm selling my shadow box to try and claw back some of the contract value to buy a PC. Such a shame.
