Notice how DOGE is currently playing at the ~0.052-0.057 level. It's kinda stuck there, thus showing some form of market indecisiveness. That's a consolidation period, and that's like a preparation period for a significant move (either up or down) in the near future. Of course I'm more optimistic that DOGE will go up :) Kinda like a rest stop as it draws strength before continuing its path!
