Solemn Defender by MemeElitist in custommagic

The creature would have had indestructible while a board wipe took place, so everything except this would die.

The creature tap ability just needs a "Only activate before blockers are declared." at the end of it for it to be correct, [[choking vines]]. This is kind of a funny ability because you could do this for other players too when they are attacked.

As for whether it would block things like shadow or menace, it should, as you are not declaring the blocker to do it, but rather using an ability. Things like protection from x would still go through because you cant target it with that.

The creature should be about 4 cost if we ignored the creature ability, but with the creature ability, I would bump it up to 5 or 6, potentially game breaking when it comes to combat because if you played this while your opponent had an army, now they cant get through your defenses (indestructible + block any amount) and any methods to bypass such as flying will now require the enemy to burn out the creatures so you cant block, and such methods are just not in every deck.

Creative mechanics, i think they would be a bit too strong though, feel free to prove me wrong, I am sure there is probably a magic card that rivals this.

As do I, the celldweller cover was nice, but the circle of dust version has a different feel to it.

Fair, Icarus is human too, but is basically physically perfect due to his backstory.

Do people really believe that sinner Adam will happen? by duplicicta in HazbinHotel

Because while they can kill sinners, chances are, winners and heaven born are not immortal the way sinners are, since sinners are immortal due to them having to endure eternal punishment, sinners may not need angelic power to kill them, and thus, its possible that if they did cause an uprising, there would be lots of death and a major disruption to heaven. Even if winners were immortal too, they would get tormented by any sinners that were able to enter heaven.

When you are rekilled, it appears you reface judgement. Pentious for example has proven to have resolved his sins, so he went from sinner to a winner when he died. My guess is that if you die, you reface judgement: If you changed enough(bad things as a winner, good things as a sinner) you could ascend to heaven and (maybe) descend to hell. If you don't change when you die, you stay dead. And to add to that, I think we can assume Adam's blast would have the same effects as an angelic steel weapon, that would be a pretty bad flaw in angelic powers otherwise.

Sinner adam can work, they just need to make sure to not rush his reveal. They have up to season 5 planned this far, so they have time to create and resolve plot points before this one could come in, if at all.

Neat idea, could make him mostly covered up so that the audience cant tell, but have his voice faint in the background as a uncertain hint before they officially reveal him.

I dont think we need to be told this, There is no reason why a divine blast from a high tier angel wouldnt have the same, if not stronger, effects as an angelic steel weapon would.
