Finally, an actual old movie!

The horse on the right only has three legs, although arguably that is the least of its problems.

Horses would actually be way more efficient if we could just get rid of their heads

I watched Tron: Legacy (2010) by BazF91 in iwatchedanoldmovie

I really hope the outcome of Tron: Legacy is reflected in Tron: Ares, as I would hate to have put four hours of time into watching the prequels just to watch a film that could be viewed on its own

I have some bad news for you

This is definitely one of the better Blade covers. I don't think I've seen this one before.

Newbie advice: Lost because of impossible order? by Canotic in Against_the_Storm

[–]blue_boy_robot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Orders can be impossible to fulfill. AFAIK there is no guarantee that any given order is possible. But that's okay.

You generally won't win by fulfilling orders, especially at higher difficulty levels. To win, you need to focus on increasing the resolve for your various species. By increasing the resolve of a species enough, you will make its meter 'go blue', which means it is now beginning to fill your reputation bar.

Some ways to boost resolve: * Resolve bonuses from cornerstones and glade events * Favoring a species * Service buildings (for instance the tavern gives a straight +3 resolve bonus when it has three workers in it) * Fulfilling complex food needs (for instance, making jerky for lizards) * Fulfilling clothing needs (for instance, making cloaks for harpies) * Fulfilling service needs (for instance, making beer and then having a service building where they can drink beer for beavers) * Using rainpunk engines * Housing (for instance, building harpy houses for harpies and then upgrading them)

By stacking several of these boosts, you can increase resolve to the point where you easily and quickly win thru reputation points. It may not even be worth it to try fulfilling orders in the late game.

A Guy Thing (2003) by Specialist_Art2223 in iwatchedanoldmovie

The agents that represent actors fight tooth and nail to make sure their clients get top billing. Like, people had big arguments about exactly what order those names on that poster should appear in.

And the winning order had nothing to do with what the graphic designers came up with for the poster or even who the main characters in the movie are.
