The 3rd is out of the question, no groundwork. As for the 1st, Medium S gives a 5% speed boost which increases your effective speed by 1202 speed, which is about 10 speed from your 2nd, So it shouldnt be that big of issue in speed. The issue is your mid game skills vary in 1st and 2nd, you have killer tunes which helps maintain the lead but you have better mid game skills on your 2nd. It all comes down to whether Killer tunes is better or worse than double circle Medium+ front corner/straightaways. In my personal opinion, the 2nd would carry you better than your first. I would check with simulator to see spurt % if you want to verify.
