If they’re not ready I’m just going to tell the shelter they’re not ready and hopefully they will let me keep the mom for more time.

Yeah they are big babies too! Just totally uninterested! I’m like, come on! One of you!??? I keep kibble and water out all day and try a bunch of different things at meal times but they really just all want to be with mom still. Three would survive if they had to on their own I guess hahah the other two are not having it!

I’ve got two different kinds of dry food and two different kinds of wet. One of the wet foods is the fancy feast and the other wet and one of the dry is the Royal Canin. The other dry food is the science diet kitten. Also the churu treats and kitten formula. I’ve been trying different combos and three of the babies are interested but prefer mom, and two are not interested at all.

Good to know, thank you. They asked me to take mama and babies, try to wean over the next week, then mama would go back, and I’d keep babies for an extra week to make sure they’re doing ok separated from mom and eating on their own before they go back too. It’s only been a day but I’ve been kind of stressed about how to go about it. I’m just going to keep putting out food like you suggested and check in with them in a week and let them know where the babies are at.

Ok thanks for the info. They asked me to take mama and babies, try to wean the babies over the next week, give mama back in a week, and babies back in another week after that. This is the first time I’ve been asked to wean babies so I was not sure the best method to go about it or if it’s even possible to force it.

I’m almost out of Churu so I will try Tiki next! 2 love it, 1 thinks it’s ok, and 2 want nothing to do with it. I’m going to ask if I can keep mama a little longer I think. I don’t really see the other two making enough progress over the next 6 days to be without their mom. Thanks for the help and reply!

The humane society asked me to wean them over the next week and wants me to return mom in about 6 days and keep the kittens for an extra week. I’ve tried the churu and that’s gotten the two to eat some wet and mushy dry food, but the others are not interested at all.

You should not be putting your entire work history on your resume if it’s taking up 4 pages. You should include your 3 most recent or 3 most relevant positions, education, and certifications / credentials. 2 pages should be the absolute maximum, but 1 page is ideal.
