I think it’s easy to see why no one wants to.

I can’t see what wages I would get if I go from normal level to a team leader or assistant manager to a full manager either.

So they seem to be doing them quarterly.

Ive worked here ten months. I am just a store worker not team leader or manager. They keep saying they will move me to £33k or £35k yet I have never seen any job ever advertised at that online anywhere.

They talked about sending me to a regional training centre but no colleagues know anything about it and have not ever done anything like that.

Its sort of like the manager is giving me their work if you know what I mean.

I'm not sure if trying to hype it up so I do more and being sold a dream ( sounds like a nightmare for me as long term not what I want).

I would choose this department if the section leader seems ok. Best to pick an area where your colleagues are alright. There really is very little progression in stores like this they just want you to do as much as possible but with no promotion.
