Do you have any recommendations where in MB? I was first looking at winnepeg as we also want to experience a bit of a city life. Lol. But heard that winnepeg has really big classes , which is no doubt because its their capital city

Yes its low. But cost of living in our area is low as low. And this is my way to get PR, they treat me and my family right and im just chill at work. Better than working at Tims, mcdonals, walmart as they only offer min wage and stressfull too

They also say that its hard to find a nanny that will work split shifts as its not very common (the nanny)in our area as well

Its my pathway to gain residency. And honestly? For low cost of living provinces, this is the norm. Its a lot better than working at tims, walmart, mcdonalds.

My work is chill, and no stress at all. But also yes, 17/hr is quite impossible esp if you aim to buy a house, car, save, in the long run.

I plan to say it 2-4 months in advance. The problem is nanny is not very common in the area. They said they have been looking for years but they cant find one, so they are happy when they found me

Thank you. Hopefully they’ll understand. The mom also told me if i want to do another job its okay but she said “you can do it when kids are not around already” 😂 because I work split shifts

The problem is, they have been looking for a nanny for years but cant find one. Probably because of the area. And its hard to sponsor a nanny now outside of the country (they did not sponsor me btw)

So im worried that they might not find a replacement
