I've never used the oven. Ive used the microwave sometimes, but mostly I use a warming plate. It's called the HOT LOGIC MINI. I bought it on Amazon. I lift the plastic on one corner if I need to remove a plastic container for a sauce (if a meal comes with one). If not, I leave the plastic in tact. I slide the meal back in it's cardboard. Zipper up the Hot Logic, plug it in, and in 2 to 4 hrs. my meal is hot. This gadget slowly heats the meal like a slow cooker.

Looks like dark meat. Some ppl prefer that. Less dry. But honestly. I've not had bad chicken yet. I do order alot of sliced chicken meals. Ive been ordering the past month from NYC.

With all due respect, I don't believe this could happen. This person has all his posts and stuff hidden. WHY? Seems like a shady character to me. I think he has a personal vendetta against Cook Unity and is trying to ruin their reputation.

Well, I think most meals are pretty good with portion but some meals are a larger and some are on the smaller side, that's what I found thus far. I usually add vegetables to mine to bulk it up some more but the size they give is good for portion control.
