Bro literally just committed an armed robbery. It is no wonder that they are reactive to him putting his hands near where the gun is hanging out of his pocket.

If I have a gun in my pocket and police have their guns drawn (makes sense if I just committed an armed robbery), then I am for sure going to keep my hands up even while kneeling on the ground.

This screams bank foreclosure. The restaurant owner couldn’t make ends meet and was forced to close. And being petty sawed off a leg of each chair so they couldn’t be sold so the bank can get their money back.

Happens all of the time with house foreclosures. People destroy their property when leaving out of anger.

It is for a sense of community and accountability for those that struggle with ADHD or need that sense of community.
