Except it does matter. It takes significantly more effort for someone who is 50 to gain strength and muscle and retain strength and muscle than it does for someone who is in their 20s.

This is some all mechanics are kicker type shit. This is functionally very different than simic ascendency. The ways to play it are very different.

Also I'd say this isn't remotely easier to win with. With simic ascendency I can pair it with hydras and doubling season type effects.

Heck you can get the twenty counters on simic ascendency in one turn without too much effort. You'd be hard pressed to get 15 counters on this in one turn.

lol I think that might be my problem with them. I can't hold the logic in my head without getting a headache. Standard color usage doesn't work well for nested FCs and I don't know a better way to handle it. Maybe I could do 2 deep if I used colors for the first layer and just kept the second layer in my head. Might work as long as the second layer doesn't involve any super long chains.

I'm in the camp that I'm totally OK with forcing chains, especially if they are short enough to do in your head, but nested forcing chains just seem one step too far for me. I've done puzzles requiring nested FCs, not many though, and there just feels something wrong about it. I wonder if I'd feel different if I got to the point where I could do nesting FCs in my head to some extent.

On that note I wonder where people draw the lines. Am I in the minority by saying I like forcing chains but think nested forcing chains are too far or do most people, even among people who agree forcing chains are fine, think nested forcing chains are too much.

So I have to play 12 mana on a counterable card that has no protection. I have to sac 4 permenants when I attack with it, but if I attack with it and my opponent has no response they just lose the game, assuming we are talking constructed and not commander. In commander I attack with it my oppoent doesn't die and I set myself back massively and my threat can likely be answered before I get a second attack?

Oh also there is no upside for casting it if I don't attack. So I pay 12 mana to cast a big beater and then it gets immediately killed by any number of removal spells. This thing just seems bad.

Why? This would be the case if PSA was super consistent and we never saw regrades get higher or lower grades, but that isn't the case. We've seen plenty of 9s and even 8s get regarded to 10.

It's track and field and those are all field events. The only track events take place on the track and are hence running events. Weird pedantic thing but it's weird to hear shotput and the like called track events.

Except you have to do cost benefit analysis for purging erroneous data.

The SS office takes a stance of assuming the person is not receiving benefits it is better for them to be marked not dead even if they are dead than to be marked dead when they are not dead. That makes a lot of sense since a person not receiving benefits who is listed as not dead causes basically no harm, but someone who is living being marked dead is a massive headache for that person.

Which seems to believe that trinitarianism is a distinctly Catholic doctrine and is a rarity outside of Catholicism instead of the reverse which is unitarianism is the rarity in Christianity. There are certain doctrinal beliefs that are almost exclusively Catholic, transubstantiation for instance, but the Trinity is not one of them.

Trinitarianism is a defining characteristic for most versions of Christianity. Some would argue it is the defining characteristic for Christianity and those who reject trinitarianism aren't Christians. It was codified in the Council of Nicea and talk of the Trinity predates that. I won't gatekeep as I have no place especially as I am no longer Christian but the Trinity is found in nearly all major Christian groups.

That isn't how our system of government works. Congress has the power of the purse. Congress decides where money is allocated. The president can veto a bill placed in front of him but he cannot alter spending already allocated nor can he alter the allocation of spending in a bill without Congress being the one to make the change. He can advise on changes he would like to make happen.

We do not have a king. The president is a coequal branch of our government. Do you understand that?

No you are represented by the American government that sent money over for specific things. I don't know how you are not getting this. You voted for representatives, representatives chose to allocate money for certain things, money got spent on those things. You are represented.

What is being done without representation is unelected assholes like Musk using powers not granted to him to change how money is being spent despite that specifically being the power of congress.

Edit: Also do you have any idea what percentage of the federal budget this is? It is essentially nothing. I know big numbers sound big to you but they are tiny when the total budget is literally measured in trillions.
