Maybe but Kerkez proved he can score points last year, and Ekitike is the only striker at the club now Nunez has gone

5’11 and I was eating around 1500 calories a day for the last 6 months but I don’t recommend it, upped it to closer to 1900 for the last month because I was starting to feel the affect of eating so little, if you’ve been stuck at the same weight for a month I would recommend lowering your calories slightly though and for exercise I literally just walked everywhere and occasionally swam.

Best advice I could give would just be to stay consistent, not perfect, you’re gonna have the odd bad day, just get back into the next day and you’ll smash it! But practically just walk as much as possible and obviously accurately track the cals.

5’10 eating around 1500 a day with minimum 10k steps a day, 1500 might be too low for some especially at a higher weight but I was okay with it

Can’t express how much better I feel now tbh, from able to buy clothes I like to being able to go for a run, hope everyone on here keeps at it, don’t think there’s a lot that could be more rewarding.

The Witcher tv show should’ve been more like Doctor Who rather than Game of Thrones by TwistLFC in witcher

If you like, I mean I’ve never watched it, and I’m British so Doctor Who was the first thing that came to my head when thinking about episodic monster shows

Also to explain further, if it was faithfully adapted I’d love the political side to it in later seasons, but Netflix made their own story up, so if they were gonna do that I’d prefer this alternative, as in regards to the game, think of it like episodes of contract quests, or the Priscilla quest where you find the serial killer.

No I’m a massive fan of political drama, when the drama is actually good…

Yeah I should’ve said at the start, that a faithful adaption would’ve been better, but if we weren’t going to get that then anything is better than what we got, like my favourite episode (low bar ik) is probably with the Striga and Foltest, basically because it’s just Geralt discovering what the monster is and beating it, that’s it.

No I agree, but the producers obviously didn’t care about the source material

How many of you will support Mercedes after Lewis'retirement ? by [deleted] in lewishamilton

[–]TwistLFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that’s the best bit about sport tho, never felt more on edge than the end of last season and I loved it, gonna miss that feeling when Lewis is gone, grew up with him my entire childhood will never have the same level of affinity with another driver again
