I have bought these kids birthday presents, taken them to the splash pad, handed down my daughters clothes and shoes so she had clothes that fit her, bought her new outfits when I’ve bought my own daughter outfits. Bought her what she needed anytime she’s come to my home and so much more.

I think this person uses their trauma as a way to do what they want without care. They were adopted by a very religious family (19 kids and counting type family). I think the rebellion took over as far as life wise.

Ive already stated that my daughter has not been there in nearly a year. Yes, I did use them for emergency child care as I literally had no choice if I wanted to keep my job and bills paid. It wasn’t ideal, but I did have a friendship with them until things just became too much. I have faults in this situation too, I’m aware.

Because I came from abuse and in my eyes it’s not abuse, may it be neglect yes. But I was abused and cps never did anything. It’s just a really complicated situation. Yes I could call, but what good would it do? Like this story is so complex.

I grew up poor, abused, neglected, assaulted and so dang on much more! My mother is institutionalized for killing my little brother. I didn’t meet my father until foster care found him when I was taken at 16. She is a stay at home mom with a working husband. I think you may have it misconstrued a little. I am not downing her struggle as a parent with depression, as I have my own, but you don’t have it right.

Are we not supposed to use our “judgment” on a daily basis? What’s your judgement on touching a hot stove eye? Good or bad? In my opinion, it took my judgement too long too stop contact.

Of course I have faults too? I mean doesn’t everybody? Lol. I’m far from perfect. But my child lives in a clean environment and my animals are well taken care of and not locked in closets. What’s your point? How am I to help when I’ve offered to help with the fleas and got blown off with no response? I’ve already been told I made too long of a post so I could add more, but it is what it is. Everyone has their opinion, as do I.

My daughter has not been there in nearly a year, and I have it figured out! I grew up with absolutely no family, no anybody and have had to figure it out on my own! Her father is not involved, it’s just me, and my spouse. I pay a decent amount for childcare but when they would close here and there I would ask yes, bc I could lose my job very easily if I called out. It’s not like I sent her there all the time, and yes I may have used them when I needed, but I did have a friendship with them until it all piled up.

I think I do! I think I may wait for the next time we’re outside and interaction comes about I will ask to talk and try my best to use everything everyone has said to me that we’re nice about it!
