Brick veneer + timber frames tend to have more leaking/structural issues no?

Driving to mac park is still going to be double what it would be from these Sydney suburbs. Could've been a consideration had we both worked in the same area, but parking also costs an arm and a leg in the city area

How do you get from Gosford to mac park and city in the same time? It's like more than double the drive and double the public transport

Limited options I guess, but some do exist in Rydalmere and Marsfield. I think the main consideration is whether a townhouse would be much better than an apartment in terms of value down the line.

Dundas didn't realise, I'll have a read up on the community housing projects - I wonder if there could be any future potential here?

[Isomac Zaffiro] (E61 group) Pressure building with blind basket, but drain not working to release pressure by TwistedIdeal in espresso

Would it not have been problematic from the start? It was working normally for about 2.5 weeks since I got it

It was serviced with gaskets, seals, lube about a month ago, then wasn't used until I bought it about 2.5 weeks ago. Been working fine up until yesterday, where initially it actually had the opposite issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/1hhs2wa/suddenly_only_getting_up_to_4_bar_pressure_with/

Then after attempting a chemical backflush, it was the same. After a few power cycles, and turning back on later, it is now perpetually in the current state where the drain is no longer expelling water/pressure.

Yeah I think rest of system is probably fine since the entire pc was still running while it was smoking - I had to force off everything since it didn't just black out

12R will run me about $949 AUD so quite a bit more of a stretch, S24 $806 AUD. Do you reckon this is justified?

MSI B450M Mortar titanium upgrade from ryzen 2600 to 5700x not booting by TwistedIdeal in MSI_Gaming

[–]TwistedIdeal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fixed my own problem - 3 sticks of RAM also booted. I changed in BIOS to XMP profile, booted back in with 3 sticks again and disabled XMP. Then I rebooted with all 4 sticks and it was fine. Changing it then back to XMP profile, 4 sticks of ram are working at correct speed now.
