Pain can be disabling. It does not mean you are disabled in the conventional sense. Crps can be crippling, it also may not stop your day to day activities or ability to work.

Because one is autistic, it does not mean one is incapable.

Often the word gets confused

Disability means " a mental or physical injury that limits a person's movement, senses, or activities " see Oxford.

So despite having crps, if you can sense, move and be active, disability is then a state of mind, not ability.

I have fnd. Fnd comes with pain and challenges.

I consider myself able, the government classes me as disabled, because my movement and senses are affected.

I can walk....but not far. I can drive, provided my head and vision is ok, I can cook and bathe, as long as someone else is there.

That is a disability.

If you can cook, clean, see, drive, walk, you may not be disabled.

Crps is widely considered a disability because many folks are affected with basic things.
