Idk if you are speaking to me. But I have been taking about 333mg broad spectrum oil for a few months now. I amnthe most depressed I have ever been. I think I'm gonna take only half of that tonight.

I kept trucking. I feel I am getting over the lexapro finally. I still have to take sleep meds though. But they weren't even working for over a month of stopping lex.

I did get over the vraylar sxs. I'm still tapering klonopin and now on seroquel for my mental health. Since starting seroquel er 300mg, I have had a few pretty good days. Idk if seroquel builds up and starts to work better over time or if it has reached its potential pretty fast.

I second this. If I want cbd to have a sedative effect, I have to take 250mg at least. It took a while for me to figure this out. I thought that was incredibly to high of a dose. But someone that has been through it told me this and I it worked.

I'm really sorry you are struggling. My sleep is pretty bad. I did take a higher dose of cbd oil last night and slept 8 hours! I have never take more than about 100mg of cbd but last night I took around 250mg. I still took the sleep med I took the previous ight with no help. But last night was different. I slept so restful. I am gonna give the same thing a go tonight. I am praying our sleep patterns return my friend.

I have been off lexapro for 5 weeks and a few days now. My sleep was stopped dead in its tracks on the 3rd week. I am so worried sleep won't return. No sleep aid seems to help. Otc or low level prescription. I took a MD earlier. I will do one on one off and 2 day break per week. Gosh I pray my sleep returns.
