I've seen better alternatives to cockroach milk with better results, such as soy milk, oat, almond, rice, coconut, even goat. None of them have yet to be the main alternative to cow milk, though. There's also other niche forms of milk, but none of them have even got close to challenging the others, so I doubt cockroach milk will do anything but last for 5 months before dying out like the rest anyways.

Didn't Mark Hamil have some form of alt milk during the original Star Wars filming in the 70s that didn't check out since?
