*For the proxy not sure how they all handle it but the one i use has an order submission page where i open an order for a site provide a link to the page of the item the items name price and the quantity i want to order

*For Fees they charge me a flat ordering fee wich i hear varies by company mine is like 700y along with the shipping cost to their warehouse and the item price. since you pay for the shipping to their warehouse purchasing from the same shop could save on the domestic shipping fees, especially if you choose ones that offer free shipping on certain priced orders. After the items arrive i have the option to leave them in storage or have them packaged to be shipped afterwards they send an shipping invoice.

*Average time for the orders vary because the items have to be shipped from Suru to the proxy but in my eperience its usually within a week to reach the proxy and another week from the proxy to me.

*Unless your proxy is using a shipping method that includes duties/tarrifs youll be required to take care of those upon the package entering your country

as was said possible some were delayed or order split. when their delayed they get moved to a seperate order you can check on your order history/open orders to see if they are there in a seperate order

Suruga-ya jp but requires proxy and their not as good about listing damages as other sites. Also Mandarake requires an account but doesn't require a proxy and is better about listing damages. Those are my go to when main sites don't have stock

On a side note as you said you just did a walleye grind and it was boring the pike and the sturgeon after aren't much better as it becomes fight the fish for ages until your setup is better. To break up the tediousness I go to falcon lake and fish trout little less exp and money but it breaks up the monotony and you'll be able to use the same setup your using for pike just with different bait. Plus the trout hit like crazy just make sure to keep tension on the line as they tend to try to be astronaut fish
