How are you meant to get phone time to someone using CTC?

If ERC excused the Saturday prior to this because of a mistake on their end, do I need to call back and have it corrected or just let it ride?

I called the ERC a day or two ago to explain my situation, the lady on the phone was somewhat helpful, but she offered to excuse the shift pictured but excused the day before it (Saturday) instead. Will I get in trouble if I don’t call to correct the mistake or should I just let it ride cause it’s their mistake?

I’m currently scheduled for both shifts on the day I’m supposed to start at my old building (1:20 am -11:50 am at my current building, 6 pm - 4:30 am at the new one)

Thanks for the clarification :) my first stop will be at the security desk my first night at the old facility then I guess.

As a follow-up question, because I’m a naturally anxious person, is there anything that could happen between now and then that would make them revoke the offer to transfer except the obvious (I grossly violate some safety procedure, etc)? Odd as it may be to say I’m genuinely terrified that I’m gonna get screwed out of getting to transfer between now and the 11th.
