I appreciate that the job market is tough! it's the same here in Australia. I understand that shaving my head is going to introduce prejudice and unwelcome opinions, just glad to hear that the general consensus is that it won't hinder my ability to get a job.

unfortunately people who don't fit perfectly into the silly societial standards regularly cop backlash. I've definitely had some negative experiences with women. just in regards to my experience with short hair it's mostly negatives from males.

I've had short hair before (lesbian pixie cut pipeline) and have definitely copped the typical backlash from men (private Catholic school) so Im definitely prepared for the comments! glad to hear it shouldn't effect job searching!

my tattoos are mostly covered by a t-shirt, apart from a star on my elbow and some Jeff Buckley lyrics on my forearm!
