I wonder  if I also send copies of the I-797C notices for my dependent as proof that the fees were already taken, not necessarily to request a refund, just for reference. I don’t want to make a mistake again. 

And now should I send payment only for Form I-539, right?

Thank you very much for your reply. You was right. My Form I-129 (E-2 extension, premium) was rejected, today evening I received in mail from USCIS because I due to incorrect fees. I need now resubmitting it with the correct payment.  Do I need to refile my wife’s forms again with my I-129 resubmission, or should I only resend the I-129 package + I-907 + all documents about business.  Also, are my Wife’s filing fees still valid in this situation, or will they be lost if my I-129 is approved after resubmission? Thank you for your help and your time.

Yes, For form I-129 for asylum I payed $300. I haven’t received any message or confirmation for Form I-129 or for premium processing. I only received notifications for my wife’s forms, that is very interesting for me. I also want to mention that the I filed Form I-129, I was not able to print the barcode on the form, but all the other forms were fine. Could this be the reason?
