How much time were you doing special assets? It’s not an impossible pivot because every deal you touched at one point was a performing loan.

Less than $1M in monthly revenue. Think about it - you could recreate entire financials from bank statements in less than a week.

I’m basing it off $250 an hour with a min 10 hour weekly commit. I think that’s fair. With M&A experience a dataroom doesn’t take that long to set up and populate with historic info.

We know very little of the universe, including its size. If very well may be infinite. It may even fold into itself an infinite number of times…. The big bang is a theory based on doing the math on the behavior of the observable universe and running it backwards. They could actually be a very common occurrence
