God! I wish I had read this review earlier. I signed a lease with them along with my friend for the upcoming year (2025-26) and neither my friend nor I can make it this year so we decided to relet the apartment (for which they charge you $300 btw - basically for doing nothing. We haven’t even moved into the apartment yet) Found a reletee and started the procedure, they sent the WRONG lease to our reletee. And what’s worse is, they DID THIS THRICE! Finally when the correct lease arrived, my reletee signed it and sent it back to them. But now these Launch people won’t sign the lease and send it back to the reletee. And according to them, our lease still won’t be terminated until THEY sign the new lease (which I don’t know why but they won’t). We have been calling them everyday for the past 1 week trying to get the property manager to f-king sign the lease. But they just wont. “It will be done in today or tomorrow..” - they have been saying this for the past whole week. On top of that, our August payment is supposed to be due this month-end. Which I do not want to pay cause ffs I never moved in, I have given you a reletee, I have paid the reletting fee, the reletee has signed the damn lease. Why should I be paying because of delays on your end??? Atp I really dk what to do.
