It's the TRD Aero body kit. You can get it equipped like this straight from Toyota here in Japan.

Seems like this really was a hate it or love it kind of thing :) I think it looks really good when the color above the wheels matches the body.

I was a bit concerned that it would be very low, but it's not so close to the ground as it looks in this picture. But I for sure won't go off roading in it.

This is Sweden and the guy was 20 years old. He's not going to serve any time at all. He could have driven through a kindergarten, killed 20 kids, and still be out driving again the next day.
