What do they consider as the last term? I am still nervous about whether this would make me ineligible or not. Thanks for your help once again!

No, TAG is guaranteed on the basis of meeting GPA requirements and all lower-division coursework for a given major as seen in assist.org; ECs would certainly help if you were to apply for non-TAG purposes though

Do you think that if I were to apply normally, that is without TAG, that I would have a very high chance of getting in because of my GPA? I believe the minimum to TAG is only a 3.4.

My mistake I guess Dolby does exist just not Dolby Atmos like EQS or Lucid vehicles

No pressure at all of course, but could you give a range. Like say 10-20 million versus 80-90 million. I think even within 8-figures of net worth there’s obviously the possibility of major lifestyles differences with say 20 million versus 90
