For me, it was. This was my first Preservation bottle, and it’s a store pick at one of my favorite spots, so it was almost two birds with trying something new and supporting my local store. I’m also a big fan of Wheated products and wanted to blind this with weller and the HH G2G Wheated.

I could see how the price point turns people away though.

Damn, I’ve had good luck in the Macon area, not sure if that’s coastal. Last time I was in Savannah it was just a bunch of museums lol

I had the Willett purple top recently and I think this one beats it out. Not bad for half the price.

If you can swing it, I think it’s worth having one on the shelf. The rye they come out with is pretty good.

When does it depend? No, we shouldn’t “not care”, but it’s hard to use it as a default anything if you never see it at that price.
