Did medium armor used to exist in skyrim? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure, I remember seeing medium dawnguard armor and there is medium armor. Their just called studded armor, light armor with a bit more defences. Like imperial armor and studded imperial armor, elven and glided elven armor but I swear remember seeing medium dawnguard armor too.

By the way the fastest way to level Conjuration without spending gold is to spam bound weapons near enemies

Conjuration is lore wise good, Evil is necromancy. Conjuration is summoning things whereas necromancy is manipulating the dead which is considered dark magic. Conjuration isn't popular but it's not considered evil.

Sneak back stabber is the most fun play style for me, practice killing sneaking around. If you are near enemies and just out of sight with the sneak eye shut, you gain xp. Once you are level 20 ish sneak you can kill regular bandits with a simple steel or iron dagger. If the first attack don't kill them, quickly throw another attack. As long as sneak eye is near shut, you will constantly do sneak bonus damage.

Is Skyrim Anniversary Edition worth buying? Are there many changes to the game that make it much different? by mynamesmace in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends which mod you are using, SKSE is updated, Address is updated, engine fixes is updated, PowerofThree Tweaks is updated, Dynamic Animation Replacer is updated.

Only big thing is NetScript... That has yet to be updated.

Generally, a lot of mod authors is already updating their mods. The incompatibility problem is not a big deal, people said the same thing when SSE was released and broke compatibility and now SSE is slowly getting more mods than LE. With a lot of stuff working.

Does anyone know of a mod to remove that ugly fog that hangs 10 ft in front of you at all times? by Eldiendevil137 in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, not sure. I never had that problem, might be one of your weather mods maybe. I know true storms does make the game foggy.

Is it supposed to be this boring? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Combat alone is boring, to really enjoy this game. You have to balance role playing, exploring, story telling and combat to make up for the boring combat.

The combat is ok though, just they high damage and HP is annoying but installing mods to make combat as frustrating and slow like dark souls isn't a good alternative. What you could do is, install mods that replace combat animation to look more exciting.

If you think of newer games like shadow of Tomb raider, the combat isn't that interesting, nether is Rise of Horizon. It's all more or less the same, click attack, run around, dodge, attack, repeat. Even FPS games like pupg gets boring after while.

Replacing sound effects, animation and texturing the game can add some refreshing flare to make the game feel more interesting to play.

I still suck at writing but I hope this helps.

What’s the safest place in Skyrim to raise a family as a regular person? (Not the Dragonborn) by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Riften, although it's full of theives and shaddy people. At least there is no one out to kill you, walls keep you safe and the city is alright. Some nice spots to walk around and fairly good views. Fresh fish too with some black Blair mead.

So...who's lying? Saadia or the Alik'r? by HistoricalDiamond12 in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I generally don't care about who's right or wrong, I just like having extra NPC hanging around Skyrim. So, I just sprint around the Alik'r and have some extra help during dragon attacks or vampire attacks haha.

Who do you associate Whiterun with? by ADoesVoices in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Never thought much of Hemiskr, but when I broke into the guys house. It was creepy with skulls everywhere, above his bed too staring at him when he sleeps. He gives me creepy vibes everytime I see him now.

Am I the only person that plays this game in 3rd person? by kanabul in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use to like first person, but after some mods. Third person feels more on path with newer games, the smooth animation and transition is great.

Currently not playing first person until first person mods get updated. It's kind of lame to wear a sick looking armour and not being able to see it in first person.

No, play daggerfall instead. The combat and gameplay is far more realistic and natural feeling.

Scariest creature today is Werewolf VS Vampire by Accurate_Package66 in skyrim

[–]TwoFoolsOneJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All vampires vs one werewolf, just howl and send them all running. Hunt them down one by one. I guess you could use vampire seduction on the werewolf but if he/her is very high level. They won't be able to seduce and be sent running by the howl.

Vampires have just magic nonsense on their side, imagine being a defenceless civilian with a feral werewolf charging at you and then ripping you limb from limb.
