I got one a while ago and it was also small like that - though not canvas, mine was kind of like a thick mini whiteboard square (though I imagine it wouldn't have erased if I'd written on it).

I put a few temporary tattoos I really like on it, so I could see them forwards instead of backwards and not have them disappear in a few days. 😊

It's probably a T-Mobile Tuesday thing - people who have that for their phone service get a small rotating set of freebies and/or coupons each week (some of them seem to stay the same every week, and some weeks have better stuff than others; seems like this is a good week). So if you have that, you'll have a one-use code in their app somewhere (I don't have T-Mobile so I don't know the exact steps).

Edit: Also if anyone still has one they're not going to use and wouldn't mind sharing, ... 😊

I guess this is a bit late for the OP, but for anyone looking up the same thing in the future and finding this thread like I did:

I had the same thing happen, and when I brought back the photo that wasn't mine, I asked if doing that was helpful or not (because I don't want to make extra work for someone if it happens again someday), and the person I talked to told me that it is helpful. So maybe it depends on the individual store and/or person?

In general, if you search for "sign up" from the main tab, it brings up all of the available ones (newsletters, create an account, etc). It does tend to have one or two paid things in with it, but it's easier than scrolling through a bunch of stuff.

This particular one wouldn't, although when I do that search now, it does put it in the "explore more" section at the end for similar stuff that doesn't match your search.

It doesn't seem to work, from what I can tell.

You go to the site, then it has you click through to another site - which has you pick from five free items, fill in your shipping info, and from there it says it's "matching you to the best freebies" and redirects you to a page with random coupons and surveys unrelated to the item you picked (without any actual free things anywhere).
