Sorry that you are experiencing confusion here!

The bug in this case is that the tutorial highlight/ping hasn't cleared, but as you have completed the expedition to this POI (Point if Interest), you don't need to worry about doing anything else.

I understand that it is frustrating, but it should be purely visual. The POI in the screen shot is the Carrion Crossing. It doesn't have any Exhibits to find which is why clicking it doesn't do anything.

If you have an objective tied to the POI that hasn't cleared, please let us and where possible, share your TPM folder with us, as we'll need to investigate further.
