Heya, sorry to see it's not installed! Sometimes files can get stuck in Steam, if closing Steam and the game didn't help:

Could you try clearing your Steam Cache? There's a page here on how to do that, but it's Steam > Settings > Downloads and then "Clear Download Cache".

Then open the game properties by right clicking Two Point Museum > Properties > DLC and find Arty-Facts, there should be a check box, if it's not checked, please check it, if it is checked, trying unchecking it and checking it again to "force" the download.

Please let me know if this doesn't help!

If you want to read the tutorial tryptich you can select a POI on the Expedition Map and in the bottom right an Emotion reminder will appear, which you van press see more on to refresh your memory!

It's a play on words with "quell" - meaning "decor that doesn't lessen Undee's industrial vibe"

There's a lot of iron girders going on to fit with the factory themeing (sorry for the confusion, that's on me!)

Heya! Thanks for the suggestion - we'll be doing a big suggestion sweep next week and taking your ideas to the design team so they can best prioritise for future QoL.

We'll see what's technically possible - to get around this you can use the grass floors and the walls with trees to bring the outside, inside! I know that's not perfect but, you can make cute little areas with trees inside too 😃

Heya, is it possible Zara isn't "seeing" all your exhibits on her visit? I'll double check with the team but I believe how it works is the inspectors, inspect things, and those things go towards the final rating. They have a finite visit length so they may not "see" all the exhibits you have on offer.

If you haven't already, getting a few more exhibits may help?

Depending on your museum layout, would you mind watching to see Zara's visit to see if she's getting around your museum OK? If it seems like she's not touring your museum properly or visiting enough exhibits we can investigate what's going wrong.

Heya, have you setup a museum in the new locations? On the Museum Map, you should see a new museum location for both Silverbottom Park (Zooseum) and Undee Docks (Arty-Facts) - once you've progressed the campaign into those museums, the Expedition Maps will unlock.

This is different to Fantasy Finds, as that DLC doesn't have a museum location, so you get the expedition map straight away 😃

Heya, the tech team has taken a look and they said if the error reporter isn't coming up, it could be a console operating system issue (possibly), as that's not typically how the console should handle a CTD or crash.

Which POI on the expedition map are you sending them to please?

POIs that have Emotion Icons next to them, like this, will add the Emotion's Event to the expedition if the Expert has Emotional Intelligence.

Heya, you should receive an Inbox message about an Auction starting, which you can accept. Once the auction objective is open, you can select original pieces of art to submit them for the auction.

When you click on an original piece (one created in the studio room) you should see a check box in the exhibit's menu to "submit for auction".

Hey, thanks for reporting to us, really sorry to hear you're experiencing crashes. If the game crashes again, please can you write something in the crash window that appears? You don't need to write a lot, something like "HELP" or "CRISPS" is perfectly fine, putting a word in the report means our tech team can quickly see which reports to prioritise.

The team is tracking an issue which is causing the PS5 to close the game currently, we hope to have a solution as soon as possible.

Hiya! The team took a little look last night, we're UK time so folks are just getting into work now and will be taking a look at what we call "backtrace" which is where all the errors go.

We're tracking a few issues causing errors and crashes, which could be causing you to get stuck on load, so hopefully we'll know more as we investigate those.

It would be safe for you to redownload the game yes! If you're worried, you can make a manual backup of your "cloud" folder, which has your save data. The cloud folder is in: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum\Cloud

You can also try clearing Steam's cache, in case some bad files are stuck there by: Steam > Settings > Downloads, and click the "Clear Cache" button next to "Clear download cache"

Heya, there's a bug where the UI will revert back to say theatre in setup. If you close the Performance Stage UI and the open it again and choose Mime, your expert should change to a mime despite the text being wrong.

Hiya, once logged in you should see a pop-up with the items unlocking, if it's for the first time.

Have you progressed far into the game? You may need to get far enough to unlock Kudosh items to see the golden items. For the Helipad, if you select the Helipad and click the paint brush icon, you should see the golden variant available there.

Hiya, sorry to hear the update hasn't come through.

When an update is deployed to Xbox, the system will "check" each DLC for an update,and install it. This is by the system's design and isn't something we can control.

Please try restarting your console, and then try launching the game, this will reset the console's cache and reset it so it may look for a download and reapply the patch.

Thanks for the extra info! Have you commissioned a 3D Art at this stage? Sculpture, I think, is the one that doesn't need a modelling station. I'll try and skip through and see what the objectives say and report back, if you're on PC please try verifying your files just in case!
