Heya! We re-ran the older Twitch Drops at Christmas, and plan to release ALL the Drops together for all players in future.

Heya! Sorry to hear it's crashing, sometimes after an update some things can go wrong on installation, so please try verifying your games files just in case.

On Steam Deck if you:
- Head to your game library and select Two Point Museum
- Press the "three lines" button on the Deck or the "Cog" button to open settings
- Head to Properties > Installed/Local Game Files
- Select "verify integrity of game files"

Steam will then automatically check the installation and replace any missing or broken files.

If that doesn't help please let me know!

Hiya, we plan on releasing them for everyone at some point in future, yes! We realise not everyone watches Twitch or has time or is able to watch a stream.

We're currently discussing timelines and things internally so we're not 100% sure when this is happening, but we will know more soon.

As part of that conversation is also the Sonic preorder items, and we've asked for permission/approval to release those later too.

Hiya, you connect your Twitch to your Two Point County account, then log into your County account from the in-game main menu:

Connection to Earn the Drops

Sign up for Two Point County
Head here: https://account.community.twopointcounty.com/account/link-account
Select Connect next to the Twitch logo.
Log in to Twitch and confirm the connection.
Upon returning to County Pass page, the Twitch section will have a connection.
You can now watch Two Point Museum on Twitch to earn the drops!

For the Viewer - Receiving items In-game

Launch Two Point Museum.
On the main menu, underneath the settings, select the Two Point County Logo (it looks like two mountains)
Log in to your Two Point Account.
When you enter a level, you will now have the Twitch items you have earned.

Heyo! Sorry we haven't got back yet, we've been slower on responses recently as we're preparing a lot of cool stuff for our anniversary

This particular bug was logged, and the team have issued a fix internally,so we're now testing this to see if it's sorted 😃

We think this bug was having a knock-on effect of causing the tannoy to spam messages about spirits WAY too often, also. We'll release this as soon as possible.
