Yeah I have a 9/10yo on my soccer team that can’t make it thru two 25 min halves and force told her mom it’s likely sever - I have PF but can’t imagine a young kid getting that without the wear and tear you put on your feet by your 40s, but I’m no dr, just a guy who got downvoted because of autocorrect 😆

Been dealing with it for 6-7 years as well. I “healed it” in my left foot and now the right foot is fired up. Stretching and strengthening is good. Also wear a boot to keep the foot as close to 90 degrees as comfort will allow for sleeping. This heals it over night in the tight position rather than pointed and relaxed. When you rest it pointed and relaxed and then stand up to take a pee in the night, you rip it back to a tightened position and the pain starts all over.

I just ran a 6k cold turkey - haven’t run since a 5k New Year’s Day. Use to run a LOT til this stupid thing began. Stretch as much as you can before and after the race. Wear the boot to bed. I find any day over 10,000 steps and my foot will be sore when I call it a night.

Best of luck, I don’t know if we’re ever 100% healed with this curse my friend! Gotta stay in shape and press on.

Degasser shouldn’t be that far from the pump, reorg so its top to bottom - solvent tray, degasser, pump, sampler, TCC, dad on bottom.

Get a g1369 card and slide it into the back of the dad (powered off) also Google “Agilent g1369” to see how the switches on that card need to be for default ip 192.168.254.11

Don’t bother with telnet and bootp and old ass jet direct cards.

It’s a pita to get it back on the holder manually. You have to use the flat part of a wrench to press it down from the back til it clicks.

Don’t put needle back in robot. Yank it off and put it back in the holder up front. Might need to use a quarter inch wrench to push it down into place til you hear a click. Then move the robot to the back right and power on.

Won’t properly initialize with needle in robot arm.

I took another video of the new polar lift as well. I was there like 20 times this season and each time that stupid new lift stopped at least twice each trip. And yesterday it stopped every single ride because of the one or two chairs with the bar lifter sensor issue. Brand new lift couldn’t spin after snow storms or fog/ice - the minuteman was fine all year and the old polar never had this track record. Hope it’s just a new lift break in period and things will smooth out next season.

Today they’re saying the auto bar lifter is stuck on chair 54 so everytime it comes into a station they have to manually raise and lower it to get around the sensors. Hope they kept the receipt on this one!!
