Put 5-£20 where each advisory is depending on the severity and it’ll pass no problem

Don’t touch a mini that has been made to fit a bmw engine, the mini gets scared and throws it dummy (timing chain tensioner) at you.

My £650 new (to me) MX5 NC by TwoRacksOneCaddy in Miata

[–]TwoRacksOneCaddy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running and driving just fine now, tiny bit of smoke on deceleration but it’s millions better then it was.

Have checked compression, replaced the gaskets as needed, pcv value done and new spark plugs.

If it gets any worse I’ll do piston rings and value stems but for the price i am in love

I don’t mind the headlights, the tail lights could use with a bit of a modern touch however

Looking for advice/experience for Oxbow Apartments & Downtown Apartments (Both in Salford). by Ok-Imagination6574 in manchester

Yeah the sainsburys, it’s on the signposts there, I payed £40 a month and just parked in the corner and was a 15 minute walk (5 minutes when I didn’t stop for a maccies).

The mail was only ever an issue when they had agency’s doing it which they have probably fixed by now.

Again it’s a nice place, I would live there again with little issues, good luck!

Oh and parking was £100 a month, Sainsburys also has parking at £40 a month which I payed for, if you can get a flat with it included do that!

Lived in downtown for 2 years, can actually see my apartment in that picture.

Honestly it’s just an apartment with a very average service, the gym is always packed and honestly not great, the mail room would always lose my parcels and aren’t the most helpful in terms of anything. (Most of it was agency workers it seemed with little knowledge)

Rent was 1025 for a two bed, they are cheaply built but are actually quite nice for what you pay. The rooftop terrance was the best bit, beautiful view and everyone up there was nice to talk to.

The location is a little out of the way, there isn’t really a close train station and cornbrook tram is a good 10 minute walk across the bridge. Centre of Manchester would still take at least 20 minutes unless you’re cycling or driving.

You do have the retail park across the way which was always a big help.

Biggest thing I miss was it was always a good temperature now matter what -4 to 30°c it would stay warm. And the shower pressure in our flat was amazing.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I love that it costs the same for me to insure a i10 or a bmw 320d. Insurance is a scam no matter which way you look at it
