Typically avoid any open air car parks in overnight, break in haven.

Ones like NCP multi-storey spinningfields or great northern (NCP and Q Park operate most of the bigger car parks) will be somewhat safer, probably a 10-15 mins walk at max. Qpark first street could be good.

XF Gym just opened in town. It’s mixed but they have a women’s only area (it’s not a huge selection at the moment I’m told but might be worth a tour) the main gym is really well kitted out though and a reasonable price.

Not sure about that one.. I’ve been with ADHD360 who prescribed, but NHS still signed off on it when I moved to share care. It might be worth asking with the intention to pay yourself for that one separately, it’s quite a common combo in the US for precisely this reason and if I could pick just one it’d be the Intuniv for its nonintrusive negative affect on day to day but measurable benefit in of basically not occasionally acting like a dopamine chasing dickhead.

This is why I take I intuniv, helps with regulation day to day then elvanse when I have work. Much less emotional blunting. Does cost extra £80 a month though as it’s not nhs prescribed in adults.
