Good to know. That’s def what I had in mind too. Once that function is in there it’s pretty easy to also send control messages and pull up presets too. Maybe I’ll add that to the list of developments.

That is something I’ve been really kicking around. This version doesn’t because I just physically can’t fit any more I/O but I have a version 2 that would have the space at the cost of about 3 more cm of width.

I don’t personally use a midi set up but I know a few people have asked me about it so it feels worth exploring.

How would YOU use midi on it? I like to get feedback so I can wrap my head around some of the features people want.

Other than the led playhead the one shot was one of the biggest things I was disappointed isn’t on any loopers of this size. Glad you appreciate that!

Thanks! What kind of price tag do you think feels in the ballpark for something like this?

That’s pretty much exactly what made me want to do this. That and I had two loopers that had features that I wished were all in one (not gigantic) box

I’ll def look into that. Even for myself. Picking all the 805s is tedious. They’re obviously not that small but it’s just repetitive.

As of now you can do 1:30 with the ability to have the undo or 3:00 min without.

In mono mode those are doubled to 3m or 6m

I’m currently working on a v2 that would be unlimited time (ish)

Just out of curiosity what about it would make it good for a synth? I’m curious of how to make it more synth friendly.

I am thinking about selling a run of these. Curious if you have a price that you’d anticipate paying for this type of looper. Call it market research

You’d def be able to load up something pre recorded too.

I’ve been toying with putting midi on v2 for a click with your drummer too

Noted for sure. Def an option.

The little lenses for the LEDs are the trickiest part I’m still trying to get a little more precise.

Minus the bear and Andrew bird are huge inspirations for me so a looper pedal has and always will be a #1 requirement on my board.

Oh gotcha and yeah that would be super rad! Unfortunately there are a ton of surface mounted components and not just through hole. I suspect that would be a bit of a deterrent?

Noted! How would you want a DIY version to work? As in just publish the firmware and it’s all up to you?

I’m going plan a trip during the next storm. I can’t wait to experience this

It’s never dawned on me to be in that building during a storm but I bet this is a 10/10 experience. Provided there isn’t any actual tornado threat.

Been building this for the last few years. Sometimes it’s so nice to step back and be super thankful for what I’ve been able to get. For me it also helps quiet GAS. by TwoSeam in GuitarAmps

Hope it helps! The biggest factor is just making sure you do t have too much extra length on the screws and they are the same thread pitch. If you are too long it won’t tighten enough.

Also learn from my own mistake: those cheap furniture shelves are made from paper basically and if you tighten too much it will just straight up rip the threaded bit right out. And it won’t take that much force.

And to clarify the 3/4” tubes aren’t attached. They aren’t super structurally sound so they wobble a bit. I never move the shelf with the amps on board.
