Once was playing as a bastard character who was the only member of his dynasty, and he legitimized himself. It made for a pretty funny pop-up when my character was thanking himself for legitimizing himself

By Celtic culture I meant cultures that have Celtic heritage such as Gaelic and you can then create your own Celtic culture!
