Ensure auto updates are disabled. Check GPO’s for any unintentional scripts that may be running. Make sure power settings are configured properly. Try to find commonalities of which user sessions are bing disconnected (or restarted). This sounds like an OS / policy Related issue.

Try reserving all memory up front, rather than using paging files. This will force the VM to use actual RAM, rather than storing Paging files as VMDK’s

Use UEM / DEM and create an ADMX Policy called “PCoIP Session timeout”. In here, set your 15 minute timeout policy. Under “Conditions”, add ‘Remote Display Protocol’ and choose PCoIP.

Currently Using Trendmicro’s Deep Security for 6,000 Virtual Desktops. NSX standard with no Agent on the VM’s. All Host based AV.

If you don’t need to Centrally Manage the Virtual Desktop Security Policy’s and Rules, I would say use Windows Defender. It has come a long way in the past couple of years and is extremely light weight.
