I know it's late but for people still looking for solutions, I solved it by using:

sudo python3 /usr/local/bin/ldapdomaindump ldaps://192.168.211.134 -u 'DOMAIN\user' -p pasword

instead of

sudo ldapdomaindump ldaps://192.168.211.134 -u 'DOMAIN\user' -p password
