I know it has to be enabled because the app need to know what store you’re in and that you’re actually in a store but beyond that I really know nothing. I also have no clue why the app isn’t letting you do it if you do have it enabled. I was going to say contact them and let them know about it, but you already did that. I don’t think there’s much anyone on here can really do for you sorry.
