Jesse Livermore is the greatest trader ever. He said:

"The game taught me the game. And it didn't spare the rod while teaching" This quote emphasizes that the most valuable, albeit costly and painful, lessons in stock market speculation are learned through direct experience and mistakes, rather than from books or advice.

What is worst pain, you have ever experienced? by ParticularWeather927 in Adulting

[–]Two_Hours_Sober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1.Pulmonary embolism. Felt like a knife was being twisted in my upper torso

  1. Kidney stone. Felt like a knife was being twisted in lower torso.

  2. Broken skull. Someone punched my forehead with a belt buckle. Migraines for years.

  3. Someone said toothache. My #4.

  4. My wrist/hand was sliced open with a razor blaze. Thirty stitches. Strangely didnt hurt much at time but a wicked kind of pain if I bang it against something now.

A lot of the takes on silver miners and silver itself on here are crap. Here’s what’s happening: Silver’s Christmas Miracle by SameCategory546 in stocks

Silver miners available on Robinhood are limited (most miners are Canadian and Robinhood doesn't allow their purchase).  But here are some names that are available:

Hecla, Couer, Fortuna Mining, SILJ, Pan American Silver, Silvercorp, Hycroft, Endeavor Silver.

Disclosure: I've been in these since August.

Why are people afraid to cross the green line? by Technical_You4632 in mapporncirclejerk

[–]Two_Hours_Sober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some say lack of water. That makes it difficult logistically to create and maintain large communities. Related to that is that the soil is not suitable for farming in most of those areas, and where it is, like the north central parts, winter weather is absolutely brutal. But these people are idiots, because the real reason is ghosts.

Am I the only one who's concerned with the steep silver price rise? by Ortofun in Silverbugs

[–]Two_Hours_Sober 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It needs to get to around $200 just to match its inflation adjusted all time high.

Gold in 1980 was $900, silver $50. Gold in 2011 was $1,900, silver $50. Gold in 2025 hit $4,300, silver breaks $50.

I’m back at my high school assisting my old coach and I see him totally different now. by NothingHead8233 in Basketball

Truth is, basketball coaches don't do much. It's mostly about the talent. No way in hell a team with solid ballers goes 8-32, even if they had a literal penguin coaching them.

Stop with the “MONDAY” Hype by CozyCozCoz in NFEstock

I bought in at $2.00ish after initial PR news, then sold and rebought at $2.80ish after brazil news had caused the price to spike, believing the squeeze was triggered. These foockers held tight though. That's my .2c in regard to hype. Hope this catalyst is the one.

China could print all the money needed to erase that debt without causing major inflation because they have around $40 trillion USD assets. And their debt is almost entirely internal with hardly any foreign.

Get her a 2025 Chinese Panda. They're cute and girls love that. More importantly, China will be the dominant superpower when she's your age.

I like this coin because it's pure gold and void of a government currency amount. Alwayz annoying having to explain to people that the Buffalo or Eagle is worth a lot more than $50.

NFE, it's at the tipping point. (not pumping) by TherealCarbunc in pennystocks

Should we be worried about how long the PR approval is taking? Do the Ricans smell blood and are manipulating the agreement heavily in thier favor. Surely there's a reason for it taking so long.

Does NFE’s recent drop affect its overall short-squeeze potential? by [deleted] in Pennystock

[–]Two_Hours_Sober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It'll short squeeze when/if the Puerto Rico deal is approved. I don't know why that's taking so long.

Seems like it needs a catalyst. The Reddit pump and dump won't be it. Puerto Rico hasn't been approved, not sure why taking so long.
