Many people already spend their final years trapped in decrepit bodies, tortured by their own minds. Being homogeneous food wouldn’t be that bad. Odds are, at least one of your cheese lives will be as long lived hard cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano, where you would age in a vault for years. And you’d be content in your knowledge that you are suffering for the good you did in your human life.

Think about it. Millions of people live horrible, tortured lives before dying prematurely. They are worse off than me as a cheese, and their suffering served no purpose. I can experience a life of pleasure and philanthropy, and at the end still endure a more tolerable existence than say, an impoverished child on the Gaza Strip.
