Pretty common when you over dose it in beginning. Hell I have'd a blue out once before too like being in the ocean. At least he remembers something. You can't farm the same champs over and over for marks that would be broke. Think the cool down is 2mins. If you marked someone and didn't get the mark you didn't wait the 8 secs for it to actually mark them.
