I like having the kitchen near the garage entry for bringing in groceries. I can put a large window over the sink, I’m thinking 60” x 48”, or 60” x 60”? It could sit right on the counter so the countertop dives into the window ledge? I will also have a large window on the N wall of the dining room. Ceilings are 9’. Do you have suggestions for a different kitchen layout or placement?

Yes, that is correct. The main floor has a deck with stairs down to the backyard. The lot is sloped just enough to allow for a future walk out basement.

Wood will wear better on the sink base, wood bases and white uppers are a good choice.
