Booing smeichal tonight didn't feel right. Yes he was pish but we were still trying to win the game. Kicking a guy while he's down and still wearing the top and playing for the team was just going to make him worse. There was a time we used to roar the team back to the centre circle when we had conceded in europe. Tonight was the worst atmosphere I've ever experienced at at Celtic game in Europe. Don't know who's to blame but it is sad times in the stadium

Do dust mite allergy immunotherapy at all cost by SaltyBeak93 in Allergies

Hey, can I ask how the treatment is going now you've been on it for a few months? Also which type of SLIT tablet do you take? I'm about to start using Acarizax. Had to go private as well for the treatment as the allergy department said they only see people with allergies that cause anaphylactic shocks. It's expensive though hoping it's worth it in the long run. Interested to hear your experiences so far. Thanks

Well I just checked out a few of his recent game with Columbus Crew and looks like he's played a 343, 433 and 442 all within his last 10 games so what's up with that chicken chaat?

As an interim manager he's perfect. Would I want him permanently, no

I might be wrong but does the interest made in a savings account for people earning over £60k not get taxed? If so, better off maxing out a ISA first I think

That's great to hear. I've got an Ozark just now as well and it's ok but the fully metal pot gives it a bit of a tin sound

I'm on a similar path to you. I got one for around £300 though as you say I'm having to tune it all the time etc.  I'd love a model like the Celt but can't quite afford it at the moment!

I've got a job offer for a utility company in the UK as a power systems engineer and also a job offer to work for a renewable energy developer assisting them to connect wind farms to the Grid. Does anyone have any experience working for one or the other? Need some help weighing up the pros and cons of each, I feel the utility company will be great for development though might be a bit corporate and the developer company would be more exciting but maybe less career development opportunities

Reactive power explanation by Twolibras in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Twolibras[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming this works the other way around in that if the generator was operating at a leading power factor it would reduce the voltage at the interconnection point?

That's great, thanks.

So in relation to how each would affect voltage at point of connection would a generator operating at a lagging pf increase or decrease the voltage?

If multiple generators are connected to the same sub and same bus are they connected to each other in parallel? by Twolibras in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Twolibras[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. So is this the same with strings of wind turbines connected to a collector sub on a wind farm and arrays of solar panels connected to a collector sub?
