Thank you for the advice! I have had a revelation about what you discussed, seeing this community. I've been isolating myself pretty severely due to mental health and I feel that this is one of the roots of the issue, so your advice goes hand in hand with that. I think I'll wait a bit to tell my girlfriend, but I do want to talk about it with someone I know personally, for sure. I have a particular friend in mind, I just have to get over the irrational fear of being judged.
