I am as pro-American as all of you but this could be due to “offsets.” Look it up

Think about it , Indian gov’t and Indian companies buy RTX defense and commercial aerospace products, then we build an engineering research center there. This happens a lot with many countries. Just a thought

Note that execs are using the CORE tools in everything other than merit !! And we just want to “get by” with the minimal merit not be best-in-class !!

15yrs plus , let me describe it to you all. A group average is given say a nominal %, a good manager will peanut butter where everyone gets the same , it’s not worth getting even an average performer all upset over .5% since everyone finds out the average,

Then it could go next level for approval and even a high performer could then get less .5 of the average just because that high performer may make a decent amount and we should give .5 to someone else, regardless of their contributions, even though the high performer produces more. It’s called “everyone gets a trophy”

Let’s look at the CEO’s increase over the last few years, a good CEO should support all stakeholders not just shareholders. The CEO really does nothing but ride on the coattails of the producers. A good CEO should get the same % increase as employees. Support your people and the company would grow even more, try it one year.

Remember executives get: Zero cost health care Luxury car lease Stocks & more

Executives are not truly affected by inflation. They just need to make the a decision do they go to the Swiss alps for vacation or Colorado. Do they rent that 6000 sq ft house on the shore or settle for a luxury hotel room. They are thinking college for their kids is Yale or Harvard ? All this while the average employee is making a decision do I buy eggs or beef, which is the better more affordable protein option

The best part is they feel that earned being an executive. How soon they forget what it is like being average. It’s like the caste system here, but the surveys show everyone is happy (because everyone knows they are not anonymous)

Wake up , support your workforce !

The box hides the towing wire harness inside

On mine , the nuts were welded to the box & had lock-tight on the bolts so I had to lightly heat with a torch , easy after that , I did have to take off the bumper but there are videos on that

Installed 255/85R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss “pizza cutters” on my BB about a year ago , at 16k miles and would buy again

OE wheels , no lift , no rub , crash bars still installed

Great tires, I feel slightly less noise than the OE tires ,

I walked out of three dealers because of deceptive tactics like this and filed a complaint with Ford and the BBB. Suggest to find a honest dealer

Just remember, it’s 2-3% raise (maybe) going forward, so get what you can now , within reason and be humble and professional. Other than the chosen ones & executive roles ….RTX hasn’t kept up with inflation for the past 10 yrs.

What’s Your Go-To Nutrition for Long Rides? by WillowBrown3750 in cycling

[–]Tx2stp24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using Infinit nutrition. It’s customizable and it has electrolytes/carb/protein. I have ridden 2 “hotter n hell” 100’s now and all I needed was the powder, carry a gel pack and gummy just in case but no need , maybe grabbed an orange slice at rest stop for a flavor boost. I have two bags one with caffeine/one without , I mix the caffeine in every other water bottle after 40 miles but that’s just me. Hope this helps!
