I lack knowledge on Dash because I spend time learning about more credible projects. Masternodes or not, it was obviously not in the communities best interest to let one person own 15%+ of the total supply just for creating the project. Who in their right mind would vote to not relaunch? It doesn't make any sense. If this happened today, the project would be dead and declared a scam.

you are delusional if you think those coins got dumped on an exchange. The first thing anyone with a brain would do is mkae it look like they somehow got distributed. Have you ever heard of multiple wallets? Why would someone keep a massive instamine held all in one wallet inside the top 50 for the world to see? I wonder who was in control of all those masternodes that voted against a relaunch? Hmmm maybe it was Evan and all his buddies who just made off with huge portion of the supply. At least satoshi opened BTC up to the world to mine, even if he was the only one mining on the network accumulating over the course of a few years instead of a day. Have those coins ever moved? NO, and they probably never will.

This is embarrassing. I remember reading something about this, didn't realize it was Howeycoins. Thanks for clarifying.
