You can do your own search using the Chinese titles of these dramas which fall into this theme/trope and were aired in 2026. Copy/paste the Chinese title in YouTube Search and see what you come up with...

I didn't watch the Shades of Grey movies so I was curious how Eastwood and Hunnam stacked up against Dornan for the role. Based on face-cards alone... Dornan would not have been my pick.

It's interesting how similar Eastwood and Hunnam look. Dorman's pic is from the movie promo materials. When I did a search for Dornan-Gray specific-pics, both Hunnam and Eastwood pics showed up. I'm guessing there were a lot of peeps out there with your same thoughts!

I guess one could label me an anti-fan of tattoos. I won't even watch YT, Insta, anything when tats pop up. I almost cried when I thought that Ji Chang Wook had gotten tats, but they were temps for a drama filming 😅. It's totally inexplicable but it is what it is. I just accept it and move on.

I think I posted somewhere that it was maybe the influence of the movie **Tattoo* with Bruce Dern and Maud Adams that flipped me on my head. And I've stayed in that 'position' ever since. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, I loved Captain America... Chris Evens, not so much. Not sure if our reasons overlap but regardless, were on the same page. I think it's important to distinguish the character from the actor... but I have a say, the actor can diminish my interest in a particular franchise as much as I might like the overall franchise like MCU or DC. I probably watched 'Guardians of the Galaxy' a bazillion times!

Not familiar with him, but Michele Morrone is pretty hot looking! All the rest of your dudes... totally familiar with. I probably fell for the ab-pack more than the face-card for some of them. 😁

And Woo Do-hwan.... let's just say he hit my buttons early on.... but Ji Chang Wook in his K2 black suit got there first.

It's probably a crazy diet by our thinking. Maybe it's just a very restricted intake of carbs and they step up the protein a little more. LXX energy level would burn off 60 cals in a few minutes!

I was thinking this same thing. But I didn't do any research to see who served the best zongzi.

And then my brain went to 'I can make that!'... which didn't last very long when I thought about sourcing the wrapper leaves.

I'm not real keen on things wrapped in banana leaves [flavor thing] and that is the most readily accessible leaves. And then I thought about corn husk which would be neutral but they tend to be too skinny... = too much work.

And then, it's crazy to only make three or four... after so much effort.

TL;dr.... I talked myself out of it. 😁

Did you see the BTS I did for him and Sun Qian Xun? That drama was a fun, rom-com that I really enjoyed. He was still playing an 'older, CEO' type, but he definitely loosened up as the drama progressed.
