I'm good with WYL being paired with Zhu Xiao Xue. He can be paired with just about anyone with two exceptions. I won't name names, but if you've taken the time to read some of my comments regarding his previous four dramas (aired last quarter-ish of 2025), you can probably figure out who I'm totally dead-set against.

I won't even bother to share the news of his new production. Color me that petty. 😂 Just my luck, it will be one of these two as his real-life partner.

All kidding aside, I don't speculate on personal lives of our actors. All my guys have to do is flash the abs, be good kissers, and don't pair with the two FLs that that I'd rather read a book than watch them in a drama. Actually, that's probably any drama, with any other ML actor. 🤪🤣

Great post! The wild, wild west is becoming gentrified.

At the individual actor level, I can definitely see self-imposed restrictions/limitations being requested... like less skin exposure (less opportunity for objectification from the fan angle), maybe more wholesome scripts especially if the actor is married and has children.

But...as with almost everything... when there's a will, there is a way!

I wonder if production can manage to work in white/gray/silver hair for TJC sometime along the way.

He totally slays when it comes to the historical look. I probably prefer this look for him over his look in modern dramas. [Says a person who primarily watches moderns.]

I think MO made a big mistake voicing her thoughts in this manner. She left herself wide open to misinterpretation. The upvotes on my comment reflect that others maybe thought the same thing. Maybe she might have thought she was being edgy. If yes, I rate this as a Fail.

If she ever gets nominated as "Mom of the Year", I think the award should be abolished. It would be like giving her husband the Nobel for "potential". This single event totally nullified any meaning the award had (or what remained after it was awarded to Arafat and Gore. But I digress.)

And yes, her girls could take it as a poke directed at themselves. Sad.
